job_description.job_card.job_descriptionHealth, Dental, and Vision insurance along with other competitive employee benefits Vacation time, sick time, paid holidays, and two floating holidays Paid Parental Leave and available support resources 401K with company matching Tuition reimbursement, referral bonuses, paid volunteer community service time, mentor program, and a variety of other employee programs and perks Actuarial Exam Study Program A combination of technical and leadership development training at each career milestone Up to six counseling sessions per year for eligible employees through our Employee Assistance Program Facilitates client meetings, client presentations and internal team meetings Independently determines methodologies and approach for project Lead the development of client deliverables including written documents Manage timelines including completion of client deliverables (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.) Ensures all work products are technically peer reviewed and submitted for consulting review Actively communicates project status updates with internal team (junior and senior members) Act as a resource for support staff Supports business development activities Hybrid work schedule available for local candidates and remote work available for candidates residing outside of the Phoenix area 1-3 years of experience in related field, or an internship 1-3 years of relevant experience in a professional environment performing actuarial, data, financial or health care related analyses and consulting Achieve professional certifications relative to area of expertise, and preserve required licenses Thorough understanding of health care delivery, with emphasis on Medicaid Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Expertise using Microsoft Office suite Presentation skills Proficient use of applicable technology Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally Ability to communicate, present findings, and recommendations to other team members in a clear format Ability to comprehend, manipulate, and interpret statistical data Ability to travel based on client and business needs Experience working within a team environment Bachelor's degree
