We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic dermatology team in beautiful Fergus Falls, Minnesota. In this full-time role, you'll provide high-quality care to patients with a variety of skin conditions, working closely with dermatologists and a supportive healthcare team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm
- Option for a 4-4.5 day work week (36 patient contact hours / week for 1.0 FTE)
- Setting : Outpatient clinic - No nights, weekends, or holidays
- Procedures include : Biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, fine needle aspirations, and other common dermatologic treatments
- EMR : EPIC
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive dermatologic assessments, including history, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluationsDiagnose and manage conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, infections, and skin cancersPerform in-office dermatologic proceduresDevelop individualized treatment plans, including prescription management and biologicsProvide patient education and preventive care guidanceCollaborate with dermatologists and other team members to ensure continuity of careMaintain accurate and timely EMR documentationQualifications
Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited programCurrent or eligible Minnesota NP licenseCertification in dermatology or relevant dermatology experience requiredStrong clinical knowledge and communication skillsAbility to work both independently and in a collaborative team settingCompensation & Benefits
