Under specific direction, performs skilled professional work in monitoring, maintaining, reviewing, and analyzing all financial records, including the budget, of a large division or department involving extremely large sums of money. Employees in this classification are responsible for the preparation of financial reports, the maintenance of financial records, and the preparation of financial statements.
