Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will :

  • Assess, plan, and deliver respiratory therapy treatments for patients of all ages
  • Manage ventilators, oxygen therapy, nebulizers, and chest physiotherapy
  • Respond to respiratory emergencies and assist with rapid response teams
  • Collaborate with physicians and nurses on care planning and clinical decisions
  • Educate patients and families on proper use of respiratory equipment
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all interventions
  • Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality care standards

    • Qualifications

  • Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through NBRC
  • Arizona Respiratory Care Practitioner license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Current BLS required; ACLS , PALS , or NRP preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in acute or critical care preferred
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
