Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and oral hygiene. Support ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises. Follow the assignment sheet / service plan, performing only the tasks assigned. Recognize, report, and document changes in patient / client conditions to your supervisor. A high school diploma (or equivalent). An active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Michigan. Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations. A compassionate nature, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
