Overview

Base pay range : $40,000.00 / yr - $64,000.00 / yr. Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. We are seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world-class service to Every Guest. What You Will Be Doing

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work with peers and store leaders to serve customers and resolve issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.

What We Offer

We are proud that our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days. Employees accrue paid time off; the minimum is 40 hours per year in the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter. You are entitled to minimum paid sick leave if applicable by state law.

Training Requirements

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
