JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the initiative of deploying a Low Earth Orbit satellite constellation aimed at delivering high-speed broadband connectivity globally, particularly to areas lacking service. This critical role emphasizes collaboration across various teams, including hardware, software, manufacturing, and more, to ensure the seamless transition of complex assemblies from R&D to production-ready stages at required rates. The responsibilities encompass comprehensive program management, from system development and testing to integration, upholding our mission to enhance global connectivity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop and manage a detailed schedule across integrated teams to meet production deadlines.
  • Employ strategies to diminish recurring issues and enhance manufacturing quality and compliance.
  • Streamline R&D testing processes for efficiency in rate manufacturing.
  • Facilitate the introduction of new products, supporting design changes and development efforts actively.
  • Oversee and execute high-level scheduling and coordination for multiple satellite launch campaigns.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Proven experience in technical program management within a manufacturing context.
  • Strong background in hardware / software testing and hands-on hardware experience.
  • Excellent collaborative skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams towards achieving organizational objectives.
  • Degree in engineering (aerospace, aviation, computer science, electrical, electronics), combined with at least 3 years of related technical experience, is required.
  • Experience in aerospace, operational leadership, and coding skills are preferred but not mandatory.
