Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Locums Recruiter. The Locums Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for locum tenens positions. Daily tasks include managing job postings, conducting interviews, and negotiating contracts. The recruiter will also build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities, manage candidate databases, and ensure compliance with staffing requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
