Integrity Trade Services is seeking Packaging Operators for our client in the Greenwood, IN area.

Position : Packaging Operator

Shifts :   2nd

Hours :  3 : 00 PM – 11 : 30 PM

Days : Monday – Friday

Pay : $18.00 – $19.00 per hour (DOE)

Overtime : Possible (any hours exceeding 8 per day paid as overtime)

Role Overview

Integrity Trade Services is hiring Packaging Operators to support production operations for our client in Greenwood. This role is essential to maintaining quality packaging, accurate labeling, and consistent production flow in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Keep work area clean and sanitized throughout the shift.

Package and label finished product in specified containers according to proper weight requirements.

Monitor screens and magnets for foreign fragments.

Accurately label finished products.

Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Wash totes using the tote washing system as needed.

Monitor HMI cooling system and report any irregularities.

Requirements

PPE : Steel-toed, slip-resistant rubber boots and lift belt required.

Ability to stand or walk for 8 hours and lift up to 45 lbs consistently.

Frequent bending, flexing, reaching, and lifting.

Must be able to read, write, and understand English.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

Experience operating a scale and using a calculator for measurement accuracy.
