Job Responsibilities :
Support Speech Language Pathologists in the assessment and treatment of communication disordersAssist in implementing speech therapy plans and documenting student progressCollaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student goalsProvide direct therapy services under SLP supervisionMaintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student performanceParticipate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions when requiredUphold professional ethics and standards of practice in an educational settingEducation and Certification Requirements :
Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication DisordersCurrent Texas licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not requiredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamWhy Join Connected Health Care?
