Project Manager – Civil Construction

(Excavation & Underground Utilities)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Schedule projects and monitor progress to maintain deadlines

Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers

Ensure timely processing of project paperwork, correspondence, and submittals

Collaborate effectively with all project team members

Manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously

Review drawings and provide feedback to the project team

Work well under pressure and meet project timelines

Perform electronic take-offs of construction documents for earthwork quantities using software

Oversee complete take-offs and input data into software programs

Required Education and Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Science, or Construction Management

Experience with Microsoft Office, email communications, and scheduling tools

Valid driver’s license

Proficient in interpreting specifications and reading blueprints

Preferred Education and Experience :

Minimum 2 years of construction project management experience

At least 1 year of experience in excavation and underground utility construction

Experience with electronic scheduling software such as Microsoft Project

Familiarity with B2W and Agtek software
