Family Medicine Physician : Seeking full-time board certified / board eligible outpatient family medicine physician (MD / DO) for busy hospital-owned outpatient practice located in Vermont.

• Full-time family practice physician with strong leadership, interpersonal and collaborative communication skills.
• Innovative primary care, office currently offers telemedicine visit
• Strong, experienced ancillary staff.
• Busy family practice located in Vermont, serving all age groups.
• EMR : Meditech inpatient / LSS for outpatient, will be transitioning to Epic Nov 2019
