Job Title :   CVOR Tech

Job Requirements :

Assist surgeons during cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile and organized operating environment.

Prepare, set up, and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies specific to open-heart and vascular surgeries.

Operate and troubleshoot specialized equipment such as heart-lung machines, intra-aortic balloon pumps, and other monitoring devices.

Anticipate the needs of the surgical team during procedures by providing appropriate instruments and materials promptly.

Ensure strict adherence to sterile techniques and infection control protocols throughout all surgical cases.

Maintain accurate counts of sponges, needles, and instruments to ensure patient safety.

Assist with patient positioning, draping, and surgical site preparation.

Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses to ensure smooth workflow and optimal patient outcomes.

Document surgical procedures, equipment usage, and any incidents in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
