Start your journey as an Apprentice Quality Engineer at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You will oversee First Article Inspection on new components and final products, conduct source inspections, report writing, and provide general production support. Our Quality team supports a broad range of internal customers and requests, ensuring the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high-tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure that corrective and preventive action processes effectively identify root causes, implement corrective / preventive actions, and validate plans to ensure quality systems are effective and problems are permanently resolved.
- Serve as a change agent, implementing measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency.
- Maintain routine data collection, entry, and reporting to ensure product conformance, process capability, and equipment calibration.
Preparation and Development :
Develop and implement standards and methods for inspecting, testing, calibrating, and evaluating materials, products, returns, equipment, and processes.Design sampling procedures and systems for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.Collaborate with management to further develop, optimize, and improve quality processes.Job Requirements :
Associate degree in a related discipline (e.g., EE, ME, IE, BS) and / or demonstrated equivalent education and experience.Five years of experience in quality functions and / or engineering.Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.What You'll Get :
