The Columbus Electrical Project Manager will strengthen Garber as a frontrunner in the electrical industry by supporting our field employees and accommodating our customers' requests to maintain productive and profitable job sites.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Manage service electricians and project managers along with day-to-day workload
• Assist in overall service performance, accuracy in project installation & completion along with project accountability
• Review upcoming and ongoing projects and workload schedules with project managers, sales associates, and dispatcher
• Perform annual performance evaluations of field employees
• Review project analysis reports with service project managers monthly to evaluate progress
