A company is looking for a VFX Artist (Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Creates and implements real-time particle effects for gameplay, environment, and cinematics
Collaborates with development departments to ensure proper FX implementation in the game engine
Optimizes FX for framerate and memory while maintaining the overall art style of the game
Required Qualifications
Five plus years of professional experience or equivalent education and experience
Proficient in Maya and Photoshop, with experience in node-based shader networks
Intermediate ability in navigating DCC software and understanding computer graphics fundamentals
Experience in creating FX textures and simple geometry
Solid traditional arts background is a plus
