Aaron's Leak Detection is Hiring a Pool Leak Detection Technician!

Location : Kissimmee, FL

Compensation : $40,000 – $42,000 annually (depending on experience)

Job Type : Full-Time

We’re looking for a mechanically minded and problem-solving Pool Leak Detection Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors year-round, diving into challenges (literally), and want to grow your career, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair pool leaks using specialized tools and methods.
  • Use hand and power tools for various repair tasks.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about repair needs and solutions.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Occasionally dive into pools, including cold water, to perform inspections and repairs.
  • Maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicles in good condition.

Requirements

  • Live within 5 miles of Kissimmee, FL .
  • Mechanically minded with a love for solving problems.
  • Ability to work outside year-round.
  • Must know how to swim and be comfortable diving in cold water.
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
