ACCOUNTANT

Location : Eighty Four, PA

Salary : $50,000-$55,000

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join their accounting team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both transactional accounting and month-end processes, ensuring accurate financial records and supporting the overall accounting function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTANT ROLE :

Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

The Accountant will reconcile bank and credit card statements accurately and on schedule

Assist with month-end and year-end close activities

Support vendor setup, updates, and ongoing maintenance

The Accountant will monitor outstanding invoices and follow up as needed

Provide general accounting and administrative support to the team

IDEAL ACCOUNTANT CANDIDATE :

2+ years of accounting experience, including AP / AR and reconciliations

Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software

Strong Excel skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
