What You’ll Do

• Own the brand look & feel : Lead Fi’s visual identity, voice, and design system as we evolve into the next stage of growth.
• Concept & direct campaigns : From big, culture-driving ideas to always-on content, set the creative vision and guide execution across digital, social, product, and partnerships.
• Be hands-on : Jump into design, art direction, and storytelling when it matters—balancing vision with craft.
• Build and mentor : Nurture a growing creative team, giving them space to shine while raising the creative bar.
• Collaborate cross-functionally : Partner with marketing, product, and leadership to translate strategy into memorable creative that resonates.
• Champion consistency : Ensure everything we ship—from a TikTok post to a major product launch—feels cohesive, fresh, and on-brand.

$100,000 - $165,000 a year

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000–$165,000. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including skills, experience, market conditions, and role scope, which may evolve during the hiring process. As a fast-growing Series B startup, Fi evaluates compensation opportunistically to align with the right candidate. This role is also eligible for equity compensation.
