Key Responsibilities
Act as the technical liaison with enterprise customers
Align technical use cases with business value alongside Sales and Customer Success
Document and advocate for customer feature and support requests
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Account Management
3+ years of enterprise experience with security technologies
Experience with endpoint, cloud, and identity products
Familiarity with tools such as Crowdstrike Falcon and Microsoft Azure
Previous experience in a Technical Account Manager or similar role is preferred
