Under the direction of the Manager, Graphic Design develops and prepares graphic art that visually translates the organization’s communications goals and objectives through the design of aesthetically pleasing materials. Produces internal collateral and assists with the production of external design campaigns within the organization’s graphic standards and management’s direction. Performs duties in a safe, efficient manner and in compliance with applicable rules and safety procedures.
Responsibilities and Specific Duties
Pay Range : $56,500 - $74,000
Education Requirement
Associate’s degree in graphic design or a related degree is required.
Years & Experience Required
Minimum two years’ experience producing printed and digital and marketing materials. Project coordination experience is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills Required
General knowledge of industry-standard graphic software, such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. General knowledge in the use of Apple computer and Adobe Create Cloud software. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel are preferred. Must have the ability to take administrative and artistic direction and be able to work independently and in a team environment. Must have strong communications (written / verbal) and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work under tight deadlines.
