• Acute Care Certified
• Conduct comprehensive cardiovascular assessments and physical exams
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic cardiac conditions (e.g., CHF, hypertension, arrhythmias, CAD)
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including EKGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, and lab work
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions, medications, lifestyle changes, and procedures
• Provide post-procedure and ongoing outpatient follow-up care
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in the EMR system
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical care initiatives
