Schedule : Monday"Friday, 8am"5pm (no nights, weekends, holidays, or call) Compensation : $230,000"$255,000 base salary monthly & quarterly incentives director stipend The Opportunity We are seeking a Clinic Medical Director to join a well-established urgent care / occupational medicine practice. In this role, you will balance direct patient care with physician leadership, guiding a clinical team, enhancing quality, and supporting operational excellence.
