This essential position serves as a combined Human Resources Generalist and Payroll Administrator for a local municipality, reporting to the Hr Director. The primary responsibility is ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant processing of the organization's payroll for all employees. This includes managing time and attendance data, calculating all forms of compensation, ensuring tax and regulatory adherence, processing voluntary and involuntary deductions, and maintaining payroll records.
