Warehouse Manager
The Warehouse Manager will oversee all aspects of inventory management, warehouse operations, and process efficiency. This mid-level leadership role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring smooth material flow, and implementing data-driven improvements to support production and distribution. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish / English), detail-oriented, and able to balance day-to-day operations with continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all inventory functions, including receiving, storage, rotation, and replenishment.
- Conduct cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Implement systems and processes that minimize shrinkage, waste, and stock variances.
- Warehouse Operations & Efficiency
- Manage daily warehouse activities, including staffing, scheduling, and workload allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and food handling standards.
- Drive efficiency through data analysis, KPIs, and workflow optimization.
- Utilize ERP / WMS systems to track inventory, transactions, and productivity.
- Generate reports on inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and warehouse performance.
- Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Production teams to support forecasting and demand planning.
- Supervise and coach warehouse staff to meet operational goals.
- Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety.
- Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English to ensure clarity across teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field required.35 years of warehouse or inventory management experience, preferably in food or CPG.Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (ERP / WMS), inventory control processes, and KPIs.Proven track record in data-driven decision-making and process improvement.Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Experience in food manufacturing or regulated warehouse environments.Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other efficiency-focused methodologies.Forklift certification or working knowledge of material handling equipment.Salary Range : $92,000 - $115,000
