The renowned Vartazarian Law Firm seeks motivated attorneys to litigate high-profile cases, including catastrophic injuries, civil rights violations, sexual abuse, and fire litigation. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to top-tier legal support.

• Duties :
• work and take instruction from partners of firm
• Administrate the workers compensation claims of catastrophically injured victims from start to finish.
• Conduct legal research and analysis using various resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Experience :
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Arizona .
• Proven experience in Workers Compensation or Personal Injury.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and practices.
• Proficiency in legal research and writing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
