Key Responsibilities
Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, managing contractual dates and deadlines
Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure compliance and proper documentation for transactions
Organize transaction details and provide timely updates to all parties involved
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or transaction coordination / processing
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems
Experience in customer service with a focus on anticipating client needs
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
