Summary :

Provides direct patient care under the direction and supervision of an RN or LPN.

Required Certification : Basic Life Support from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 6 months acute care experience as a patient caregiver
• 1-year Skilled Nursing Facility experience as a patient caregiver
• Completion of Nursing Fundamentals from an RN or LPN program
• Completion of a Baycare approved Nurse Assistant / PCT program that includes a program with a minimum of 40 hours hands-on patient care experience outside of a lab setting
• Education : Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; may also qualify with a Certificate of Completion

Status : Pool, Exempt : No

Shift Hours : 6 : 45 PM - 7 : 15 AM

Shift : Shift 3

Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies

Weekend Work : Occasional

On Call : No
