A highly respected general contractor based in downtown Chicago is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-end corporate interior construction projects. This is a strategic leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in managing fast-paced, detail-oriented interior buildouts for corporate clients.

Job Description :

• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution for corporate interior projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Oversee procurement, contract administration, and change order processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to maintain timelines and budgets.
• Mentor junior project managers and project engineers.
