Key Responsibilities
Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via chat, managing multiple conversations simultaneously
Assist customers with the Instant Bank Verification process and evaluate financial documents
Collaborate with team members to expedite loan application processing and identify process improvements
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a chat environment
Typing speed of 60-80 words per minute with 98% accuracy
Strong understanding of the financial lending industry
Ability to multitask and respond quickly to customer inquiries
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
