Job Title : Facilities Attendant

Pay : $22

Location : York, ME

Job Description

The Facilities Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility and the grounds while performing maintenance and repairs as directed by the Facilities Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility, including painting, changing light bulbs (both interior and exterior), conducting minor plumbing and electrical repairs, repairing walls, and removing snow as directed.
• Perform cleaning duties such as stripping and waxing floors, cleaning warehouse floors, and bailing cardboard.
• Assist with stores and trade shows by building props and performing annual maintenance and cleaning at store locations.
• Drive company vehicles to complete errands as directed by the supervisor.
• Work in excess of 40 hours per week periodically, including weekends, as business needs require.

Work Environment

The work environment includes maintaining various parts of the facility with tasks that may require physical exertion such as lifting, carrying, and working on ladders. The schedule may require flexibility with occasional weekend work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, Maine.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00 / hr.
