Bloomsday is a wine bar & retail shop owned by chef Kelsey Bush, located in historic Headhouse Square. We have a hands-on, creative kitchen crew that produces all menu items from scratch mostly from local farmers. Our chef is recently relocated from Colorado with a modern Americana culinary vibe steeped in French technique. We pride ourselves on being a learning kitchen with a high sense of professionalism while not loosing sight of the soul of our jobs.
We are seeking a hard-working, good-natured line cook with similar ethos and a good work ethic. We are currently open Wednesday-Saturday for dinner / brunch and Sunday for brunch. We are looking for someone to work a combination of brunch and evening shifts, so night time availability is a must.
