Senior Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Agent Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow a team of engineers building the orchestration and planning layer of the agent platform

Define and deliver the long-term vision, technical roadmap, and execution strategy for agent orchestration and planning

Drive system design and implementation for multi-agent coordination, scheduling, and failure recovery

Required Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading engineering teams

Proven experience building or operating orchestration, scheduling, or workflow systems

Deep technical understanding of distributed systems design and service reliability

Experience managing technical roadmaps and performance management for senior-level engineers

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
