Capital Management Services, LP is a well-established financial services company that has proudly served the Buffalo community for over 20 years . We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payment Processor to join our Remittal Department .

This position plays a key role in helping ensure the accurate posting and reconciliation of payments made to the company. If you're organized, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

💼 Key Responsibilities :

Post incoming payments to customer accounts

Scan and reconcile daily deposits to the bank

Perform client and bank reconciliation

Prepare, verify, and record transactions related to accounts receivable

Validate payment batches for accuracy

Research and resolve discrepancies in customer / client payments

Collaborate with client service teams to ensure accounts receivable accuracy

File and retrieve A / R documentation as needed

Update internal records with client / payment information

Support additional clerical functions as assigned

✅ Skills & Qualifications :

Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in processing payments

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and within a team

Experience using computers, 10-key calculator, copiers, and office equipment

Comfortable working with tight deadlines and client requirements

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Fast learner with a proactive attitude

High school diploma or equivalent required

1+ year of administrative or payment processing experience preferred

🗓️ Schedule :

Monday - Friday | 9 : 30 AM - 6 : 00 PM

One Saturday per month | 8 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM

Closed on Sundays
