Position : RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit (Travel / Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Lima, Ohio — earn up to ($1943 - $2045 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting.
Participate in ongoing professional development activities.
Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Support a culture of accountability and results-driven performance.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Evaluate and implement best practices in patient care.
Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care.
Educate patients and families on care procedures.
Engage in performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Experience / Qualifications
Current state RN license in Ohio with ICU experience.
Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality patient care in ICU settings.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Ability to monitor and assess patient conditions effectively.
Experience with electronic health records and patient documentation.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams.
Proven track record of accountability and results-driven performance.
Ability to utilize data for tracking patient outcomes and improving care.
Familiarity with safety and infection control protocols.
Skills in educating patients and families on care procedures.
