Job Title : Merchandiser – Retail Garden Centers

Department : Retail Sales Service

Reports to : Sales Manager

FLSA Status : Non-exempt

Revision : 01 / 10 / 2025

For the Thatcher, AZ Location :

• Hourly Rate : $15.50 / Hour
• Position : Part Time / Seasonal (but there is the possibility of a year-round position)
• Hours : Up to 24 per week during the busy season (if offered a permanent position, hours go down during the slow season)
• Shift : Mornings during the week and one weekend day (usually Saturday).
• Must be able to withstand all forms of weather and physical demands
• Must be able to work independently
