Looking for a Structural Engineer to join a reputable building envelope consulting firm in Seattle. This position offers the chance to work alongside a trusted team with decades of experience in building science and exterior building envelope systems.
The Structural Engineer will be Responsible for :
- Assist in drafting and developing design plans for commercial projects, including renovations, rehabilitation, and new construction, under the supervision of senior engineers and the Project Manager (PM).
- Review applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and standards to ensure all design work complies with current requirements, especially those relevant to rehabilitation
- Support construction administration through field visits and preparing design revisions
- Ensure project alignment with PM through maintaining detailed project logs
