A company is looking for a Benefits Transformation Lead for a 24-month contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Benefits workstream within a large HR transformation program, including project planning and status reporting
Ensure alignment of the Benefits roadmap with program objectives and manage interdependencies across workstreams
Monitor KPIs and success metrics, and drive testing and implementation of the Benefits module
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in benefits, HR transformation, or program / project management
Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives within a multi-workstream program
Strong understanding of benefits design, administration, and compliance
Excellent program management skills, including planning and execution
Experience with HR technology and benefits administration platforms is a plus
