job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSchedule assessments, orientations, and move-in logistics Collaborate with Culinary, Environmental Services, and the Clinic to ensure everything is ready Prepare welcome packets and assist residents on move-in day Assist with events, campaigns, and marketing materials Maintain supplies and contribute to communications Provide administrative support to the Marketing team Keep HubSpot CRM records accurate and up-to-date Track inquiries, contracts, and resident data Generate reports to monitor marketing performance Use tools like HubSpot, Docuware, Canva, and Microsoft Office Collaborate across departments to support community life Represent Seafields with professionalism and positivity Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field 3–5 years of experience in business, sales, communications, or marketing Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HubSpot and Canva a plus A team player with a heart for service and hospitality Be part of a state of art, forward-thinking, resident-centered community.
