In this crucial role, you will play a key part in shaping the overall customer sales experience, working diligently to ensure that our potential customers derive maximum value from the software and services they purchase. Your partnership with the sales teams will help drive the sales process by providing technical expertise, solution development and demonstrating our products to potential clients that help close sales. Your success will be measured by key performance indicators, including sales, customer retention, renewal rates, upsell, cross-sell, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
Your Day-to-Day Role
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our technology to prospective customers.
- Analyze client needs and provide strategic recommendations for retail analytic and automation solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, RFPs, and other sales documentation.
- Act as a technical advisor during the sales process, addressing questions and concerns from clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide informed guidance and recommendations.
- Support post-sales activities to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
Your Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in retailProven track record of success in sales engineering or related roles preferredStrong understanding of retail analytics solutions, including data integration, analysis, and reporting.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Requirements :
