Operation Supervisor (Permian Basin)

Location : Jal, NM (Antelope Draw Facility)

Pay : $75,000 - $85,000 (DOE) + Performance Bonus!

Schedule : Monday through Friday with Occasional Saturdays

R360 Environmental Solutions , a Waste Connections company, as we lead the nation in environmental oilfield waste management. With a commitment to reliability, safety, and sustainability, we're seeking a driven and experienced Operation Supervisor to oversee field operations at our Jal, NM location.

The Job :

Supervise day-to-day field operations in oilfield waste management and environmental services.

Oversee heavy equipment use, construction projects, and landfill site activities.

Collaborate with division leadership to implement strategic action plans.

Conduct P&L reviews and manage labor, material, and equipment utilization for cost efficiency.

Ensure compliance with all environmental and safety regulations.

Maintain customer service excellence, facility upkeep, and operational integrity.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational success.

Requirements :

Minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience in landfill operations, heavy construction, or environmental services.

Proven ability to lead teams in physically demanding outdoor settings.

Must be able to operator heavy equipment.

Familiarity with challenging field conditions (e.g., dirt, noise, odors, weather extremes).

Strong technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook E-Mail.

Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance standards.

Previous landfill experience is a plus BUT not required!
