Valet Parking Attendant - Nashville, TN

The Valet Parking Attendant provides outstanding service by safe parking and retrieving guest vehicles. As the first and last point of contact, Valet creates a welcoming and professional experience while ensuring safety and following all company procedures.

Deliver friendly, efficient, and safe valet services while maintaining the security of guest vehicles. Greet guests, manage vehicle drop-off / pick-up, support traffic flow, and provide helpful, professional service.

Responsibilities

  • Record vehicle condition and damage on claim tickets.
  • Safely operate guest vehicles and follow key handling protocols.
  • Accurately clock in / out and report all tips.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously.
  • Arrive on time in uniform and follow all company policies.
  • Assist with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Positive, guest-first attitude

    • Licenses & Background

  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Successful background check

    • Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Must stand, walk, and run short distances for extended periods
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
  • Work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold)
  • Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Environments include garages, hotels, and active traffic zones
  • Frequent interaction with guests and team members; use of radios and mobile communication tools

    • Technology Use

  • May require the use of personal cell phones for work-related tasks
  • Eligible for reimbursement per company policy

    Employment Terms

    At-Will Employment : Your employment with PMC is at-will, meaning either party may end the relationship at any time with or without cause. A 120-day introductory period applies.

    FLSA Status : This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and eligible for overtime.
