Network Administrator - Alaska Licensed

A company is looking for a Network Administrator responsible for managing and maintaining network architecture and security.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage computer operations, data communications, and telecommunications for the organization

Oversee network security, ensuring timely deployment of security patches and addressing vulnerabilities

Lead IT personnel management, including performance goals and resource allocation

Required Qualifications :

5 - 7 years of experience in managing IT for mid-size organizations with complex IT projects

Strong knowledge of network security, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft Operating Systems

Experience with Cisco Networking, DMZ, WAN Optimization, and TCP / IP protocols

Proven people management skills with a focus on performance management

Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as computer science or information systems
