Job Summary

We're seeking commercial painting subcontractors with skilled crews ready to take on high-volume exterior and interior projects. Whether it's full-house repaints or detailed interior finishes, we need subs who deliver quality, speed, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete exterior & interior painting projects with precision.
  • Perform prep work (scraping, sanding, caulking, priming, masking).
  • Apply coatings with brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
  • Maintain clean, safe job sites.
  • Communicate clearly with project managers and homeowners.
  • Deliver work that meets our high standards and local codes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of commercial painting experience.
  • Own crew, tools, ladders, and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to handle full-house projects efficiently.
  • Professional appearance, communication, and conduct.
  • Must carry general liability insurance ($1M min), workers' comp (if applicable), and EIN.
