2nd Shift CNC Machinist

Schedule : Full-time

Pay Range : $25–$40 per hour, based on experience

Location : Climate-controlled machine shop within a larger technology company

Job Overview

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Machinist with experience in multi-axis lathes and Haas mills . This role involves machine setup, part inspection, and minor program editing, supporting both short and long production runs.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate multi-axis lathes and Haas mills
• Set up machines with proper tooling and perform tool changes
• Inspect parts using dial micrometers, digital calipers, and height gauges
• Make minor program edits directly on machines
• Handle production runs ranging from 8–10 parts to multi-day batches
• Complete 2–3 machine setups per week
• Use iPads for documentation and quality inspection
• Work primarily with aluminum and steel materials
