Key Responsibilities

Resolve financial transactions to prevent revenue shortfalls and escalate issues when necessary

Complete daily work assignments accurately and on time, adhering to productivity and quality standards

Contact payers to facilitate timely resolution of accounts and educate patients on their financial responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

1 year of experience in a medical billing office setting

Experience with MS Office

Experience in insurance follow-up and coordination of benefits

Familiarity with Epic, Brightree, Billing Bridge, or similar software
