Welcome to Baker's Crust Artisan Kitchen in Ashburn, Virginia! We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Servers. Pay Range : $14 - $19 / hour, including tips
Full-time Benefits Available
Hours of Operation : 9 am - 9 pm Tuesday through Saturday; 9 am - 3pm Sunday
Responsibilities :
- Greeting guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly, and clearing of any service items
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and making recommendations
- Handling payments and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of all food and beverage menus
- Collaborating with and assisting with team members and management to provide a seamless dining experience
- Check, maintain, set-up and clean all service areas (including side-work)
