Assembler

Location : Adairsville, GA

Full-time | Monday - Friday

Competitive pay starting at $18.00 per hour + benefits

YANMAR America is hiring Assemblers to join our production team! In this role, you'll be hands-on with tractors, UTVs, and other off-road equipment-building high-quality machines that customers around the world rely on.

What You'll Do

  • Operate and complete tasks at an assembly station to meet daily production goals.
  • Use hand tools and power tools to perform bolting, torquing, lifting, testing, and other assembly operations.
  • Conduct quality checks and complete inspection checklists.
  • Perform rework or adjustments on units when needed.
  • Move finished units to staging or inspection areas.
  • Support kitting, material handling, and equipment operation (tractors, forklifts, cranes).
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing practices such as Kaizen and 5S to improve safety, efficiency, and quality.

\n \n What We're Looking For

  • Experience using hand tools (assembly or mechanical experience preferred).
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in a production or mechanical assembly environment is a plus.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (and occasionally up to 70 lbs).
  • A reliable team player with strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
