Key Responsibilities of the Collections & Billing Analyst

Prepare and issue accurate invoices and customer statements promptly.

Review AR aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.

Conduct collection calls and emails to ensure timely payments.

Resolve billing discrepancies and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate financial records.

Maintain lien rights and process notice documentation for construction projects.

Review and process contractor and subcontractor pay applications.

Apply customer payments and investigate unapplied cash.

Track AR and collections metrics and assist with financial reporting.

Support month-end close activities related to AR and billing.

Qualifications for the Collections & Billing Analyst

2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or billing.

ERP system experience (e.g., Sage Intacct, Titanium, High Radius) and solid Excel skills.

A construction industry background is preferred but not required.
