Overview of the Role :

Join a leading energy company as a Nuclear Project Manager Lead, where you'll drive mission-critical projects supporting nuclear operations. This strategic role offers the opportunity to lead complex initiatives with budgets up to $1,000,000, directly impacting plant safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead complex nuclear projects and plant modifications on safety-related systems
• Develop comprehensive project plans, cost analyses, schedules, and status reports
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering and construction resources
• Coach and mentor schedulers, cost engineers, and estimators
• Manage site-related project controls and systems
• Ensure project completion within budget and timeline parameters
